Momma Wang's Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (can sub one can for cream of mushroom soup)
  • 2 or 3 chicken breasts cooked shredded chicken
  • 16oz sour cream
  • 2 cans fire roasted diced green chilis
  • optional green or black olives to taste

Instructions

Mix it all together, and put in a tortilla with cheese. Microwave.

Can also layer tortillas, cheese, and enchilada mix and bake at 350 degrees for half an hour to an hour.
